Organon (Bangladesh) Ltd. was a subsidiary of Organon International, the human healthcare business unit of Akzo Nobel, based in the Netherlands. Organon was a renowned global biopharmaceutical company with strong COMMITMENT TO HEALTH CARE.

The Company has been operating in Bangladesh as Organon (Bangladesh) Ltd. since 1964. Local products are manufacture in our factory located at Tongi, Gazipur, in the outskirts of Dhaka. We also import finished medicines from Organon International, now Schering-Plough.

Organon International announced that effective July 1, 2006; its interests in Organon (Bangladesh) Ltd. would be divested. As a part of this, the name of the company was changed to Nuvista Pharma Limited in December 2006. The company in every other respect remains the same. We continue to import world renowned and trusted Organon brands for the benefit of millions of people in Bangladesh. Nuvista Pharma Limited also continues to source the highest quality APIs from The Netherlands, other European sources, Japan and the USA to ensure the highest quality of its manufactured medicines.

Through our commitment to women’s health care, we have contributed significantly to three areas of vital importance: Contraception, Fertility and Menopause. We have some of the most innovative prescription medicines for Anesthesia, Male Hormone Therapy and Corticosteroids, products that contribute to the health of people and their quality of life.
